Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: If you receive an item you aren't happy with and want to return it, Bows & Arrow Boutique will gladly accept it back under the conditions listed below:

Our policy is active for 10 consecutive days beginning the date your order was shipped. If 10 days have gone by since your order shipped, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit. If we receive your return after the 10 day period, we will not accept the return - it will be returned back to you at your expense. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, we will donate the item(s) to charity.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If you return items that fail to meet these conditions, your item will NOT be accepted for a return and will be returned to you. Please return your item to the return address listed on your shipping label. Items listed as CLEARANCE are FINAL SALE and not returnable. Gift cards are a final sale purchase! LOCAL PICKUP POLICY for Leland, NC (and surrounding areas):
If you need to return an item you picked up, it must be returned within 5 days, no exceptions.
Once an item comes in, you have 10 business days to pick it up. On the 11th day, the return policy no longer applies to your order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Please check your item immediately to make sure you have not received DEFECTIVE merchandise. If you feel you have received something defective, you must contact me within 1 business days of receipt, no exceptions! If you receive the incorrect size, or merchandise, please contact me immediately.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will not be given, only a store credit. I do not technically do exchanges because I cannot guarantee that the item/size will be available by the time I receive your return. When I receive your return, it will be inspected. Once accepted, I will email you to arrange your credit(of the returned item amount only). All shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid to a 3rd party. Gift Cards are a FINAL sale item!

**While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Bows & Arrow Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc (this applies to both APO and the US). Please note, we will NOT be held responsible should USPS lose your package in transit. If you feel your package is lost, or if you have questions concerning a delayed package, you should contact the US Postal Service. Once a shipment is processed at the post office, anything after that is beyond our control. After packages are marked delivered, there is no claim that can be made with the carrier.**
